The opportunity to design the office space for a software incubator, presented by our residential client, was met with excitement and enthusiasm. Guided by their company's mantra, "execution is the innovation," we understood the need to create an environment that embodies efficiency, creativity, collaboration, and professionalism down to the smallest details.

Having previously designed their home in Buena Vista Park, we were well-acquainted with their preferences. This familiarity allowed us to strike a perfect balance between a masculine, industrial aesthetic and a professional atmosphere. Our design philosophy emphasized simplicity and utility, using key elements such as brick, glass, steel, wood, brass, and concrete to celebrate the authentic industrial character of the space while infusing it with a contemporary edge. The deliberate choice to expose plumbing pipes, data cables, and electrical wiring pays homage to the building's history while showcasing its structural elements.

The layout we crafted was carefully tailored to foster connectivity, collaboration, and social interaction. With interactive open-plan areas, floating desks, meeting spaces, and collaborative lounges, the office becomes a hub that encourages seamless communication and teamwork.
